We are so excited for you to receive your order! Below are our policies to set clear expectations for how and when your items will arrive.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
- All items are carefully packaged and will be shipped from our studio within 3-5 business days of your order being placed, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please note that "business days" are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
- Pre-ordered items will ship no earlier than the date specified on the product page.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Information
- Shipping costs and delivery options are calculated at checkout.
- Once an item has been handed over to the shipping carrier (such as USPS or FedEx), the package's journey is outside of our control. We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or lost packages that may occur during transit.
- If your tracking number indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for lost packages.
At this time, we ship iwithin the United States, we do not ship internationally.
