Returns and refunds

We want you to love your order! If you need to return an item, please read our policy below to set clear expectations.

Returns or exchanges are offered within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

If you received the wrong item or if your order arrived damaged, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

For approved returns, we will offer an exchange for an item of equal value or provide you with in-store credit.

We do not offer cash refunds. All approved returns will be processed as in-store credit. You will receive a store credit code via email that you can use on your next purchase.
